Hi Michael,
Yes, it's an unfortunate bug in Chrome and nobody seems to know what causes
it.  You may have downlaoded before I changed the web site but I put a note
on there now.  If you re on 1.2.0, I suggest you get the latest version at
www.lcsql.com/sqliteadmin.html.
