I'm not sure why some mail is delayed. My logs show instant response, 
but sometimes my mail server gets slow. When Scott mentioned a delay I 
thought it was PayPal, but then I realized it's *me* sending the mail.

I wondered what it would be in other currencies. It came through on my 
end as US dollars which is perfect.
