I had a patient who I had started on a new antidepressant. When she returned for follow up and I asked her about any side effects she said, "Yes, three. I had some sedation, but that cleared up. And some queasy stomach, but that's gone too. And... I can't think of the other one... what was it?... oh, yeah, memory problems." We had a good chuckle over that one.
