SQL Date Formatting

I remember a calendar we had at work - two Saturdays, two Sundays (cause
everyone loves weekends), no Mondays (cause everyone hates them), no
Firdays (cause projects are always due on Fridays), Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday were still there.
