Building Win standalones on a Mac

Hi Richmond,

I have the same problem. I have modified the standalone application settings window to allow me to enter the path to the icon file manually. When I enter the absolute path for both icons by dragging the icon files into the fields, all works fine. It simply doesn't work if I don't specify a doc icon.
