I would guess that your complaint is one they are hearing right now from other similar customers. Until the software is actually for sale, it probably does not make much sense to get worked up about their distribution system for large organizations. 

Their last OS update price was around $30. How much is a typical Windows update price and how does Microsoft handle multiple machines in an office?
