provisioning nightmares-- any help?

Thanks to a thread here initiated by Scott Rossi awhile back,  Harald
Müller mentioned

You could check if your Bundle ID is right:

And upon checking, I saw where I had different capitalization for bundle
IDs: 'altPad' in one and used 'altpad' in the other. Note to self, ONLY use
lowercase for app IDs!
