iOS and Go Stack URL?

That thread has a link to a zip file, that downloads a stack called "Download Stack". If you try it in LiveCode, to see it in action before trying it in the simulator or on a phone, it fails to work, and then if you try on a phone it still doesn't work. If you download the zip file again, and don't test it, but instead make an app right away, then it works.
