POST command error

I get this error...

error -Error with certificate at depth: 4  issuer   = /C=SE/O=AddTrust
AB/OU=AddTrust External TTP Network/CN=AddTrust External CA Root  subject  =
/C=SE/O=AddTrust AB/OU=AddTrust External TTP Network/CN=AddTrust External CA
Root  err 19:self signed certificate in certificate chain

I don't have idea, but I guess that is related with the https, isn't?

Sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. From the browser ever work.

Thoughts?
