datagrid: force to send "on closeeditor" to one column

OIC you are dragging into an active editor? Interesting. I'd like to see how that works out. I think from an interface perspective, I'd prevent a drag and drop operation to anything in a dataGrid EXCEPT the editor, if there was an active edit session.
