Combobox

If anyone would like to try my combobox, it's attached to the forum message
at http://forums.runrev.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=8350

This control has been working fine for me but please let me know of any
improvements and I'll do my best to incorporate them - or you can just add
them yourself :-).
