If you use LiveCode as a CGI you will see no significant differences 
between 3.5 and 4.x, because a CGI is faceless -- no GUI, no window 
display. The capabilities added to 4.0 are mostly graphical features 
which CGIs do not support anyway. There is no screen display for a CGI.
Think of a CGI as you do the message box. Text only, in and out.
