Yes; you are quite right, of course! Well, having been corrected I went 
to the
dev's site and, to be honest, learnt nothing I didn't already know 
beyond that
it is NOT cross-platform.

I do hope Kevin, Mark and Co. are not waking up in the night with cold 
sweats;
it is certainly not worth it for Baycard.

The list of 'widgets' looks just like the list of Controls from 
Livecode; the only difference
(and it is a signal difference) is that they are precoded with "Daddy 
knows best code"
and I, at least, have outgrown that mentality a while back (although to 
be fair to my
Father, I respect him and his opinions greatly). One cannot dive beneath 
the widgets
and fiddle around with the underpinnings .  .  . leaves me cold.

OK, OK; I did get mildly interested in 'Rich Text Editors'. And, one 
would suppose that
a paragraphable (wow; is that a real word?) text field might be 
somewhere on the horizon for
Livecode. Why do I remember mentioning something similar re Supercard a 
few years back?
