A quick Google search turned up all of the DTMF tones as mp3 audio files 
at http://www.jetcityorange.com/dtmf/ and it looks like there are other 
sites with the tones available as well. A script to "dial" a number and 
parse the number into playing appropriate tone sound file in order 
shouldn't be too difficult. Just a suggestion.
