Code Documentation on steroids

GLX2 has this feature. In the right side of the code editor there was a line. If you clicked out past that line GLX2 inserted a pound sign # and you could start typing there. I suppose you could do this yourself by putting all your commenting out at the end of the lines of code, but it might look messier.
