Hey Stephen,

you are far more an expert than me in this regard. (Just a hobbyist musician here.) 
However, as you can not sync two players there will (at least as I understand it) a slight delay in start time of the second audio source, which might lead
to at least partial cancellation. Please correct me if I am wrong. Always eager to learn more about this stuff. :-)
