Not really. By saying that only H.264 is support, they mean that they are not going to directly support other HTML5 video formats, such as Ogg Vorbis ones. Flash video, On2VP6, was never due to be supported. You will still be able to play both On2VP6 and H.264 by using Flash, as you can now.
