There is a simple version of something like this that they did as part
of the basic training day at one of the  RunRev conferences (I think
it was the 09). It's on the DVDs and they show how to build a "kiosk"
program, a virtual vending machine that has six buttons with images of
items for sale that you can drag to a field and have it added (or
removed) from a summary field.
