Mouseenter for objects inside groups

Trevor, shortly after he entered that bug report Andreas gave up on
Revolution.  So it may be worth re-entering this item as an
enhancement request rather than a bug.  Otherwise, it will remain a
bug report.

If you decide to do this, please let me know and I'll move my old
votes to the new report.  It is a pity more people don't see the
significance of 7077.
