OT: Any recommendations for some Mac OS x Apps?

I agree with Scott for Cheetah 3D
I have used it for a couple years and found the author extremely  
responsive to questions of any kind.
The interface is very intuitive.

For anyone (not me) who knows javascript, there are tons of ways to  
build tools and automate Cheetah.

The forum community is usually quite responsive and helpful.
