AW: AW: open substack flickering despite lockscreen

Ok, I could do following:

Open invisible stack "lizenzinfo"
set the left of stack "lizenzinfo" to tLocX
set the top of stack "lizenzinfo" to tLocY
modal stack "lizenzinfo"
show stack "lizenzinfo"	

... but is this the rev wanted approach? I think there must be a more
straight forward way
