Nice blog. Looking forward to more. Since there's no place to leave
comments <g>, I'll add here that since rev 3.5 controls will also
receive the preOpenControl and openControl messages when the card is
opened and the closeControl message when the card is closed, so it's
also possible for controls on the first card in a stack to do things
before the stack is visible.
