revIgniter - setting the base url

Pierre,

thanks for your kind words and no, the problem
has nothing to do with the on-rev standard setup.
It was just my fault, but the bug is fixed and a new
version (0.9.1a) with upgrade instructions  in the user guide
can be downloaded.
