[ANN] Standalone Builder Plugin

- create the folders "./Resources/Script Libraries" in your user  
extensions folder (Preferences > Files & Memory) [this is a special  
folder for Revolution]
- add this plugin to your plugin folders "./plugins" in your  
extensions folder


When you go to build a standalone, select the inclusions and you will  
see the list of libraries in the "Script Libraries" folder, select  
any that you want, build your standalone and the plugin will  
automatically include it in the built application as well as auto- 
loading it during preOpenStack (just like the rev plugins)
