right-click on Mac?

The Apple Mighty Mouse both wired and wireless supports left and right  
clicking. The default setting out of the box doesn't have that feature  
enabled but it is a simple preference change.

Also, virtually any USB mouse works with Macs including left and right  
buttons and scroll wheel.
