[OT] Who still uses a Mac PPC?

Well, replace it.

The Superdrive in my G4 was not very super, at all; so I took it
out and bunged it in a stray PC I was popping Linux on for a chap
who had no money.

Then replaced it with a TSST corp DVDRW drive, which has given me
sterling service for the last 4 years.

Certainly a lot cheaper than a new computer . . . :)
