libUrlFtpUploadFile - upload files whose names contain spaces?

My test also gave similar results.

I have, but for my particular error it doesn't show enough info to be 
helpful. It sounds to me like a design-induced problem - tomorrow I'll 
see how I can simplify my design. Thanks to all for your help.
