Sending fonts with distributed software

When attempting to run the compiled version of my program on an older
machine, the older machine was missing a couple of fonts I was using in my
program.  This is a windows application.  Is there a way to include the
needed fonts with the compiled program which will not require manual
installation of the fonts onto the older machine?
