some trouble with convert

Hi,

maybe a dumb question, but why do i get  1:29:14 instead of 0:29:14

with the following code?

put 1754 into tTimesstamp
convert tTimestamp to short system date
put tTimestamp


I tried it  with useSystemDate set to true also.

I am working on a german windows (with daylight saving time).
