Microsoft Outlook web mail not recognizing mailto calls

Hiya,

What's the error? I've see the problem with mailto HREFs. It got  
fixed with 'Detect & Repair' in Outlook (under 'Help'). From what I  
recall that worked for a while. There was another fix, but I can't  
recall it right now.
