Is it possible to hide the "windows side" of a hybrid CD on a Mac?

Hiya,

Are you creating the hybrid in Windows or Mac?
I've done this with a combination of Toast 7 and Disk Utility on OS X.

There should be plenty of Googleable info on the net covering what  
you're burning them with.
