Icon in Standalone

Mark and Jacque,

Thank you for your comments.

Jacque, I don't know how to use the terminal, but I had tried both of  
your other suggestions.

Mark, I don't know why I didn't think to check the package contents.  
Anyway, the icon I made is in the resources folder, so I'm sure it is  
there and will show up eventually as Jacque suggested.
