Delete lines in files (text files)

it is a csv file, that means it is a text file. I work on a mac with  
OS X 10.5. English is not my mother tongue but I think that is not the  
problem.

I did not have time yet to try the solution Mark Smith proposed -  
tomorrow I'l try.
