Constructing and calling a handler as "do"

Hi Randall,

I think it is common amongst old-time xTalk programmers to use  
capitals instead of underscores, although that means you need to  
press two keys anyways.

do myHandler -- now holds crdHandler

But that's not obligtory ;-)
