Question with CGI at JaguarPC..

I just did a quick test on my local server, and "open" fails there. 
"Start using" works. When I use "open" I do not get an error, but the 
script hangs. Granted, this is using an old copy of the engine, the last 
Darwin engine that was released 3 years ago.
