PRINTING IN RUNREV 2.9

Hi Sarah,

I haven't studied all of the different possibilities, but I've been  
able to make what I need work. Printing cards with large images;  
printing cards with scrolling text fields and printing cards with  
combinations of images and text of varied sorts. Thanks.
