Funny, this.  Just the other day I came across the "cookbook" as a  
link in the Scripter's  Conference stacks (a great, but also  
disjointed resource).  I was impressed, and surprised that I had  
never seen it.

Come to snoop a little deeper, and I discovered it was indeed a part  
of the documentation, but in a place I'd never persevered  in  
exploring before (some of the other links there are for videos, which  
I don't like at all, and wanted me to download plugins that I didn't  
want to download).  There is so much good stuff, but integration  
remains the issue.
