Menu shorrtcuts

I asked on the list a couple of years ago and got no answer at all. :-(

If anyone knows of a way to do it I'll grateful - at the moment there  
doesn't appear to be any way to display  'standard' shortcuts such as  
Command-Shift-S for Save As...
