[ANN] Rev IDE Fixes 002

Previously "Rev Palette" but seeing as some of the changes to the  
Inspector need to be fixed elsewhere, I've decided to rename it "Rev  
IDE Fixes". The number after the name is the release number.

Bugs fixed: 4318, 4146, 4217

If there any bugs you want fixed, feel free to email me the bug  
numbers (try to keep your requests to two or three) and I'll see what  
I can do.. Obviously engine bugs are out of my hands ;-)
