Yep, at least on the Vista system I have. I was trying to move some files from another system to my wife's Vista and it kept moving the files around. Chris tells me it can be turned off. He *used* to have Vista installed on his Mac laptop, but I believe finally gave up and installed WinXP in his Bootcamp partition.
