More non-European text printing problems

Peter, you're talking just about the printout, right? Because it's  
fine on screen on both OS X and XP.

When printing using revPrintField, on OS X I see the same black  
rectangle in the place of the text, and on XP I see the same large  
space you're seeing. Looks like a bug.
