switch case question

Hi,
I apologize !  Yesterday I was wrong about the time for "switch" ; I  
copied your script but did not uncomment it  :-O)))))
So, my result " 12-13" millisec was not the right one. I am sorry !

After fixing, actually,  here
– for "If then else" : 94-96
– for "switch" : 50-52.

As far as the tests of Kay are concerned, my results are :
– for "if then else" : 83-88
– for "switch" : 175-180

!??
