A couple of considerations:

First, try my free altClean plugin at:
http://www.altuit.com/webs/altuit2/altPluginDownload/Downloads.htm

which will remove custom props Rev uses for IDE only purposes. These
props when removed can represent a substantial stack savings,
sometimes as much as 50%.

Second, you may wish to consider using a local database, and I
recommend taking a peak at altSQLite3. There's a great demo which
explains the basics of using databases in Rev at:
