CGI on Mac OS X server help...asap please!

Hello all:

Need some help again...I have installed RunRev darwin engine in my 
CGI-Executables folder and followed these directions to the letter as 
far as doing the simple hello world cgi.

When I go to call the hello.cgi my browser redirects me to this 
http://foo.example.com/cgi-bin/tester?
What is going on here....?
