Two articles i saw today:
one in slashdot: Paris going opensource
http://politics.slashdot.org/politics/05/11/21/180220.shtml?tid=185&tid=219

one in the register: Vienna too...

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/11/22/vienna_goes_open/

My question is this: Sooner or later governments will do so too
to minimize costs and enhance their administrations...

Though it sounds logical, it's not certain...

However what is certain is that education is going the way
their governments will tell them...

Think Rev can start a new education revolution? ;)

cheers
Xavier
