Serious Engine annoyance with is a folder on Win32...

After further testing it seems ony Windows 2003 is affected. 

Windows 2000 is not (server or workstation)
Windows XP is not either.
NT4 (who cares?)

i'll have to be extra careful with W2K3 services made with Rev so it 
doesn't get blocked by this!
