Which brings up the perennial question:

Is there a way on all three major OS families (Mac, Win, *NIX) to set up 
a MIME type so browsers know to launch stacks using Rev or your own 
standalone?

It'd be nice to have a Helper Setup app for folks to click a button and 
have their browser configured for that....
