Rev 2.6.2 for linux not honoring -ui, is it a bug?

Hi Folks,

does anyone here knows why Rev 2.6 engine 2.6.2 for Linux is not 
honoring the -ui argument?

trying to build some cgis with that version. Here is a terminal quote:
