All in One Place (was: Praise: Rev Documentation to the rescue)

Let me say that I use Scripter's Scrapbook A LOT in my Rev work and  
find it to be a most reusable tool. If it combined the broader search  
features of Eric's wonderful little Resource Picker, I think we'd be  
pretty close to  REFERENCE documentation bliss.
