Realizing that the mind is not clear is the first step. The next step is to
understand that it is only you that can bring about clarity in your own
mind. An outside force cannot make you clear. It is an internal process.

Start with the excellent tutorials (which require a fast internet connection
-- go to a Starbucks or somewhere like that which has a fast internet
connection if you don't have one, bring head phones). The tutorials are
movies which show each step of the process.
